Dark Matter eLiquid

Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.

Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.

Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Summary: "Just try to get past the installation!"

This product has the most ridiculous installation process! My kid needs this product for school and we have been trying to get things installed and registered for the past four days. The verification process to proove he is a student wasn't as complex as I thought, but when the serial # was just the beginning of the another registation process that took us through three different websites and made me want to through my sons laptop out a window. I think buying the regular version might be worth it if the process of getting your activiation key is simpler and takes less time.
Once you finally get your million number activation key and have registered your product, you can start the long process of training the program to know your voice. I just hope it is helpful in the months ahead because the start up process is just one big agrivation after another.

Summary: "What a Frustrating and Disappointing Product !"

I wanted to use the Naturally Speaking 10 software to help create this review, but as usual, I can not get it to work.

I bought this product with high expectations and hopes that it would help me in creating reports, homework, business communications and communication in general. I read the marketing information, viewed the Dragon Naturally Speaking video, and thought I had found the answer to a prayer. This was just like in the movies. I was excited, and so I purchased a copy.

This review could go on for many pages if I went through all the steps I have taken to try and get this %*%^$ thing to work. But after several months of trying, and after going through 5 different microphones and countless re-installs and re-configurations, I have finally reached the end of my rope.

Definitely more than 50% of the time, and probably closer to 70% of the time the program will not work without a complete reboot of the system. That would be OK if it weren't for the fact that Windows takes 3-5 minutes to do a complete reboot.

Additionally, if you have a webcam hooked up to your computer, you can't use the microphone that comes with the Software, unless you want to go in to the Control Panel and change your audio type each time you want to either use Dragon or your webcam. If you decide to use a Bluetooth headset, you will find that if you are lucky, you will only have to do a reboot. But most of the time you will have to re-setup the user and re-record your dictation because the software will not "find" your blue-tooth device. It will show up that you have set up the blue-tooth as a User, but it will not find the blue-tooth device.

I thought it might be something wrong with the computer or the setup, so I purchased a second copy for my laptop. Same results, except that I purchased the "Standard Version" by mistake the second time, and the "Standard Version" won't work with blue-tooth. You have to buy an upgraded version.

Even if you buy this product on sale, or at the Student rate, you are likely to be disappointed if your expectations are such that you expect it to work like the advertisements say it will, or as as the marketing videos portray it will. You might as well tie a string between a soup can and your computer, and yell in to the can. It's cheaper, your expectations will not be too high, and it will work just as well. (OK there was a little sarcasm there, but it is because I am so disappointed and frustrated with this software.)

I have sent messages through their website requesting help on two separate occasions, and have yet to receive a reply (which appears to be common, from reading the other blogs and complaints from customers).

Summary: "Very pleased with Dragon and with Amazon"

I am not one to write reviews, however I just about didn't buy this product due to some of the reviews posted. I am running Windows 7 and had no issues with installation. I have an e-mail account that ends with .edu and was able to get my serial number within seconds. I have to give the software 5 stars even though I had a little issue. I called Amazon, at almost midnight, and instead of them making me send the product back, they sent me a KOSS headset they were selling. Now that's customer service! Since I had already downloaded and registered the product after finding the headset was broken. They could've made that difficult, but made it very easy.
Back to the product, I am very excited about it. I just got done with tutorials and am writing this review using Dragon. Pretty darn easy! So all in all I have to give Amazon and Dragon NaturallySpeaking five stars. I think this will make my pro paper and a whole lot easier.

Summary: "You train it to understand you."

I work in the IT department of a small university. I had tried the Standard version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking over the Christmas holidays and was impressed by how accurate the program was when I was dictating into MS Word. But, I also wanted to be able to dictate into a portable device and then have DNS transcribe from the uploaded mpeg or wave file.

I haven't had alot of time to work with this and it wasn't as accurate as when I was dictating from a microphone, but that is probably because you would have to train DNS to understand you via the specific recorder you are using. I don't know how you would do that for an imported audio, but via a mike, you can read selected text to train DNS.

Still, was very happy with the transcription accuracy and speed into Word. I'm a relatively fast typist, so depending upon the format and wording of the original document, it may be quicker to just type the document. e.g. If you have a bunch of parentheses, quotes, special characters, or words that sound similar to commands.

*Oh, neither Standard or Preferred versions do very well, or at all, with voice commands for MS Outlook.

Summary: "Activation: You get what you pay for"

I have used dragon products for over 10 years in my profession. They are the best VR products out there. This academic preferred version needs to be validated to get the serial number. This takes up to 48 hours according to the website myidentit-edotcom. You will need one or more of the following: valid edu address, current student/ teacher id and or letter on letterhead confirming EDU status. This product is identical to the preffered version except you have to wait to get your serial number. You also get a head set with mic and earphone jacks. Apparently computers esp laptops that dont have dedicated soundcards may benefit from use of a USB headset. Lastly do not buy VR if you mumble.
